Speaking
Where story becomes shared inquiry.
I’m interested in what can happen when a room full of humans gets curious together. When story loosens certainty, questions open possibility, and one honest conversation creates a ripple none of us can fully predict.

What It’s Like to Work Together
I believe the best rooms feel alive.
I come prepared, but never canned. I pay attention to the room, trust what’s happening in it, and create space for people to recognize something in their own lives through the stories I tell.
That instinct is grounded in more than two decades of leading executive programs, facilitating meaningful conversations, and speaking with leaders across industries.
I want people to leave feeling something. Seeing something differently. Hearing themselves a little more clearly.
Conversations I Bring into the Room
Every audience is different. These are some of the questions and ideas I’m currently exploring onstage.
-
What if the point of this life isn’t to become better at living it, but to become more alive while we’re here?
We spend so much of our lives striving, proving, performing, and preparing for some future moment when we’ll finally have enough, be enough, or have earned the right to exhale. But life isn’t waiting for us somewhere up ahead.
This conversation explores what it means to stop treating life like something to perfect and start experiencing it as something to inhabit. Through story, humor, and honest inquiry, we’ll explore the people, places, choices, seasons, and seemingly ordinary moments that make us feel most alive, and what they might reveal about how we want to spend the life we actually have.
The invitation isn’t to live bigger. It’s to live more awake to what makes this life feel like yours.
Key Outcomes
• Recognize the difference between building a life that looks successful and inhabiting one that actually feels alive
• Identify the experiences, relationships, environments, and moments that reveal our own unique expressions of aliveness
• Explore how expectations, proving, and perfection can quietly pull us away from the life happening right now
• Consider how to make more intentional choices about where we place our time, attention, energy, and joyIdeal For
Conferences, leadership communities, women’s events, retreats, and organizations looking for a deeply human conversation about purpose, fulfillment, well-being, life transitions, or what it means to live fully in a world that continually asks us to do more.Format
Keynote or breakout session; can be expanded into an experiential workshop that invites participants to explore their own seasons of aliveness and what those experiences might be asking them to notice now.You don’t need to justify what makes you feel alive.
-
What if your life has been showing you who you are all along?
Our lives leave clues. The patterns we repeat, the stories we carry, the things that make us come alive, even the messes we’d rather leave behind. Through deeply personal storytelling and the Unperfect LEVEL UP™, this session invites us to look inward, recognize our own signal through the noise, and reclaim our agency over how we move through the world.
Because the goal isn’t to arrive at some perfected version of ourselves. It’s to know our own station, put our hand on the dial, and learn to choose our volume as life keeps changing around us.
Key Outcomes
• Look at the experiences, patterns, and stories shaping your life with greater curiosity and compassion
• Recognize your own signal beneath expectations, fear, and outside noise
• Strengthen the self-trust to put your hand back on the dial and make more intentional choices about how you show up
• Explore how living with greater agency changes not only your own experience, but what becomes possible around youIdeal For
Conferences, leadership communities, women’s events, retreats, and audiences navigating growth, transition, identity, or a desire to live and lead with greater agency.Format
Signature keynote, breakout session, or interactive workshop. The hand on the dial is mine.

What changes when power stops being something we hold over others and becomes something we trust in ourselves and one another?
The old leadership playbook was built largely around hierarchy, authority, control, and certainty. This conversation explores another possibility: moving from Power Over, through the self-trust of Power Within, and toward Power With, where strong leadership and human agency can exist at the same time.
Key Outcomes
• Recognize Power Over dynamics and how they can quietly appear in leadership and organizational culture
• Strengthen Power Within through greater self-trust, agency, and clarity
• Explore Power With as a way to deepen collaboration, shared ownership, and relationships without requiring conformityIdeal For
Leaders, executives, boards, teams, and organizations navigating culture change, collaboration, succession, or evolving expectations of leadership.Format
Keynote or breakout session; especially well suited for expansion into a facilitated leadership workshop.Collective possibility begins when I trust what I bring, trust what you bring, and stay curious about what we might create together.
-
What becomes possible when we stop asking people to choose a side and start making room for the whole human?
We’ve become remarkably practiced at sorting people into categories, positions, and sides. But belonging doesn’t have to require sameness. This conversation explores how we can stand firmly in what is ours while leaving room for someone else to do the same, and what curiosity, agency, and Power With can make possible when either/or thinking no longer gets the final word.
Key Outcomes
• Recognize how binary thinking can narrow possibility, connection, and collaboration
• Explore the difference between belonging and conformity, and how to remain grounded without requiring sameness
• Practice replacing the reflex to persuade or position with curiosity that creates room for more possibilitiesIdeal For
Associations, leadership conferences, teams, communities, and organizations navigating difference, conflict, collaboration, belonging, or cultural change.Format
Keynote or breakout session; particularly powerful as an interactive facilitated experience. We don’t have to be on the same side to belong to the same circle.

As machines become better at being machines, what if our greatest opportunity is becoming better at being human?
We’re entering an age increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, automation, and optimization. Rather than asking only what technology can do, this conversation asks what becomes more valuable about being human because of it, and explores the beautifully inefficient capacities no machine can make irrelevant: curiosity, creativity, discernment, connection, empathy, contradiction, and our very human ability to change.
Key Outcomes
• Reframe technological change as an invitation to invest more deeply in distinctly human capacities
• Explore why creativity, curiosity, discernment, connection, and agency matter in an increasingly optimized world
• Consider how leaders and organizations can make more room for humanity while embracing the possibilities of technologyIdeal For
Leadership conferences, executive audiences, future-of-work events, associations, and organizations navigating AI, innovation, or workplace transformation.Format
Keynote or breakout session; can be expanded into an interactive workshop or facilitated conversation.I don’t want to optimize my way out of my humanity.
Go Deeper into the Work
The Unperfect LEVEL UP™ Framework creates a way to keep exploring together, moving from the questions that begin in the room into the practice of noticing our lives, trusting what we hear, and choosing how we want to live and lead.
Through facilitated cohorts and shared inquiry, the work becomes something we don’t just talk about, but experiment with in real life.
